| Run uptrail, ran a little harder than I expected to, but felt better with every quarter mile. No pain in the right calf this time. But, may have an injury to my right collarbone. Nice weather- cool, cloudy. |

| Awesome ride above BC, found the cliffs on Wildcat mountain! Perfect weather- a little warm, cool breeze, mostly sun. Did a little hiking too, around the cliffs. And a lot of map/compass/GPS work. I really need a new mountain bike, by the way. |
