Note
10 Week training program in place for the summer, including easy runs of increasing duration, tempo runs, intervals and strength and conditioning gym sessions. Will also team it with some 'insanity' workouts.
Gym sessions will not always be possible due to location and work in the summer but will do my best.
Will treat Monday 30th June as the first day of week 1, however only 5 days a week I will train at the moment, so since I am busy on Monday it will be one of my 'rest' days for the week.
