Did some strengthening and physio exercises yesterday.

Ran intervals with the Dinos track team.

Ran the third si race which when alright made 1 small mistake, then the fourth race didn't go too well as I made 1 parallel error on the map, and the last race went great as I essentially made no mistakes.
