Mystic. 30 minutes warm up, 5 times 5 mins on, 2 minutes off, then warm down. I don't know why I can't get my heart rate up when paddling - I am working hard, just won't rise. I guess it is partly that I am using smaller muscle groups. Need to make those smaller muscle groups bigger, I guess!
