Nashua River Race. Felt pretty good for the first 5 miles, then the lack of kayak training got to my shoulders and it went downhill...... Not pain, just lactic acid build up and stiffening. Ended up 4th - the three in front of me were all paddling 21' boats; it would have been different if we had all been paddling ICF K1's (they all have worse balance than me, one of them especially!)

on the Charles with Bill. Up to the turnaround bridge, down to Moody St and back. Shoulder doesn't seem to have been too bothered by it, so I guess I might be kayaking for a while.... I'll see how it feels in the morning
