Running hills 1:20:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Red

Ran from T&S's to Cranmore, then did the Cranmore Hill Climb course (26 minutes of up, less than 10 of down) and a bit more up and down before running back to T&S's. The down is not fun at the top - wet and slippery rock......

Hiking 3:00:00 [1]

in the Whites. Up to Arathusa Falls with the kids, Kristin, Suzanne and Tony (About 1 hour for 1.5 miles) then back down via Falcon Crag and Frankenstein Cliffs with Tony

Running long 2:30:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Red

With Kristin as part of a run/hike in the Whites. Ran in the Rocky Branch trail from the end of Jericho Rd. Then up Stairs Col Trail, along the Davis Path to Mt Isolation, back down Isolation Trail then out to Jericho Rd on the Rocky Branch Trail. Was supposed to be about 19.5 miles and we intended to run a large proportion of it - probably ended up running about 12 of them and hiking (very slowly) the other 7.5 due to deep snow/ice/crud

Hiking 4:00:00 [2]
shoes: Brooks Red

See run description - postholing through snow, hiking up steep inclines and through cruddy footing areas

Orienteering race 1:51:00 [4] ***
spiked:20/25c shoes: VJ Integrator

Billygoat

Did not start well, turning my ankle on the way to number 2 (while planning ahead, on the road....) Managed to carry on but was not as confident running in the woods, and managed to turn it multiple more times. Note really sure I should have carried on running, but we will see (ibuprofen seems to be keeping the swelling down mainly at the moment - it is just stiff)
