Technique stuff whilst skiing with the kids - some double pole, some skate w/ no poles. Getting very slushy by the end, something to do with the 40 degree temps. Tomorrow's warm temps are going to pretty much kill the skiing at much of Weston until there is more natural snow ;-(

Skiing (Cross country) (Skate) 1:05:00 [3]
Harder skiing - perhaps 20 mins double pole, 15 mins skating with no poles, 30 mins skate (some trying to do V1 leading with the right leg rather than the left, which is my stronger way)
Time is a guess - wasn't continuous either. At Bretton Woods with the kids and grandparents - kids did about 10k, I must have done about 15k with lots of looping back (kept getting cold so had to go do some extra to keep warm)
With the kids and granparents, up from Hurricane Mtn Rd to Shingle Pond and back - about 3 hours all told. Cold, little snow, Kristin, Bridget and Tony went skating on the pond at the top (the only ones who had skates)
Round and about in North Conway - down Old Bartlett to Cranmore, out the back of Trailside Condos and across through trails to Crown Ridge and the water tower, back down Hurricane Mtn Rd
