shoes: Mudclaw 330

Scottish 6-day Day 1. Steady run with no major mistakes. Knee started to tighten up after 40 minutes or so, but doesn't seem too bad later on

Too hot to run outside, and wanted to be able to control the distance of the run in case my knee played up. Felt OK running, but has since swollen and feels stiff. Not good
