Scottish 6 day day 2. Messed up number 1 by 4 minutes-ran past it within 20' and.didn't see it. Very slow into number 4 as I couldn't make it fit the map. Calf started pulling around number 5 so took it.steady through all the heather
Too hot to run outside, and wanted to be able to control the distance of the run in case my knee played up. Felt OK running, but has since swollen and feels stiff. Not good
