Mystic. 30 minutes warm up, 5 times 5 mins on, 2 minutes off, then warm down. I don't know why I can't get my heart rate up when paddling - I am working hard, just won't rise. I guess it is partly that I am using smaller muscle groups. Need to make those smaller muscle groups bigger, I guess!

31:30 before (4 laps and a few other little bits of skiing around)
20 minutes after (one long lap and a couple of shorter ones)

Forgot my watch (had the Heart Rate Strap!) so timed the warmup with my phone, and asked a friend for the warm down time

Skiing (Cross country) race (Skate) 22:35 [5] 7.1 km (3:11 / km)

TNW at Weston, with the snow guns running. Fast where the snow guns weren't blowing, slow where they were. 4 laps, and one armed Alex was still quicker than me.... but I did win the second heat.
