Same issues in my left hip as were fixed in the right hip, but this time they were able to repair the labrum as it wasnt destroyed. So the extra lump of bone was shaved off, the wear spot (where there was basically no cartilage) was cleaned up and abraded to try to get some scar tissue to form, and then some anchors installed to fix the labrum in place. The repair of the labrum should help with future wear as the hip wont be able to move around so much.
Same rehab as last time, basically. 3 weeks on crutches. No lifting stuff for a couple of months. PT starts in about 2 weeks after a follow up with the surgeon
