Note

Am feeling pretty broken, and so grumpy, at the moment. Right calf/Achilles is causing me trouble. Tried to dash out to throw something in the dumpster at work today (it was raining) and 3 steps led to a shooting pain up my calf. Right arm is a total mess. Going paddle tomorrow, as I have to do something, but I am not sure it is a great idea. Not sure how to fix either issue at the moment as work doesnt let me rest either really, and stretching doesnt seem to be helping. Going for a massage on thursday - perhaps he'll be able to free something up in my calf. Ugh

Sudbury from egg rock, up to 117 and back again. Low low water, and pretty windy on the way back downstream. Right wrist/forearm/elbow/shoulder feeling crappy.
