Am feeling pretty broken, and so grumpy, at the moment. Right calf/Achilles is causing me trouble. Tried to dash out to throw something in the dumpster at work today (it was raining) and 3 steps led to a shooting pain up my calf. Right arm is a total mess. Going paddle tomorrow, as I have to do something, but I am not sure it is a great idea. Not sure how to fix either issue at the moment as work doesnt let me rest either really, and stretching doesnt seem to be helping. Going for a massage on thursday - perhaps he'll be able to free something up in my calf. Ugh
