Had an appt with the orthopedic guy today. Right shoulder impingement syndrome and bicep tendonitis. 8 weeks of pt, ice and NSAIDs as needed, and if it isn't helping after a month then perhaps a cortisone shot. Told not to overuse it for a bit, so no paddling for a couple of weeks I guess, and try to be careful at work

Legs Squats with 20#, mini lunges and side lunges with 20#, bridging, straight planks (cant do.side planks on the right due to right shoulder issue), ecc. Heel drops
