Sudbury river, with a few other boats. Cold out, 27 when we started, and windy. Warmed up ok after a while. Up to fairhaven bay, which was still frozen, and back with a few loop backs. Shoulder felt ok.

Charles from dedham rec. Steady paddle, to test out the shoulder. No noticeable increase in discomfort while paddling, we'll see what it feels like later on.....
