Nashua from groton up to the rail trestle and back, with steve, adam, Kevin, Bob and rod. Hanging in there on the way up, but on the way back down I was struggling. Shoulders were just feeling tired and I had no oomph. Guess that comes from not having skied or paddled all winter.
