Rest day. And massage, so no PT. Left side from lower back to heel was all tight, perhaps resulting in the calf trouble I am currently having? It got well beaten up and is going to be sore for a few days I suspect

With Adam on the Sudbury from Egg Rock. Water is low, breezy and getting weedy. Felt OK, but still not quite right. HR data is clearly junk from 1:30 in until about 2:40. I don't think I can tighten the strap much more. Starting to wonder if there is a bad contact in there somewhere - I was certainly sweating enough to keep a contact on it today
