General Clinton Canoe Regatta with Katie Peck/Lee. No water in the river, so a really hard race. Got taken off our pack by a team that couldnt steer well but were fast enough in a straight for us not to be able to pass them. Once we got into wider sections of the river and finally got past them we didn't loose any time on the next mixed boat in front of us, and we actually gained in the latter stages of the race, but the damage had been done. Finished 4th mixed and 28th overall.

Emptied 4 1.5l jugs and was actually without fluids for the last 40 minutes or so. Not the best idea when it is in the upper 80's
