I'm putting a 7 today, not that I didn't want to work out but I was going out after and pretty much couldn't wait to be done because then I'd get to go out. Obviously, I didn't rush the workout because there's no good in that, but I was always watching the clock haha.

Best run ever. Not. Literally at 6 minutes in I realized I couldn't go on any further. I actually had to run home because I had to pee so badly... Guess this counted as my WU run.

Run 40:00 [3]

After going to the bathroom, I felt much better and quite able to complete a 40 minute run. Knee bothered me a bit actually, I did do some large hills that aren't normally in my run, maybe this is why, but not quite sure.

Nice short jog to start off my day, before class! Felt really good, morning runs are the best (except the waking up part). I was both hot and cold, wasn't the best for my asthma this morning but I stayed strong the whole run.

Really into running again today, probably because I already went for one this morning. Strides went well, the workout felt great. Really think I did a great training session today.

tempo went well, hard as usually, but pace and breathing seemed to be set properly.

After tempo the 30 second hard then 30 second jog was brutal. I wanted to quit so many times. I think I went a little too slow for a couple of the jog sets in between, but for the most part I feel I pushed myself. Left knee felt, I guess uncomfortable, I feel like that's the right word. Doesn't hurt or bother me to run, just feels off somehow.

Ugh, morning. Actually waking up is brutal, but once you're actually in the workout and have completed it I feel great. I find morning training the best, great way to start the day. My strides still aren't great, but still do them to the best of my ability which is really all that's needed. Icing, again, just a precaution to prevent injury.

Did a 16 min run at tempo with a 2 min jog.
Tempo is... well... tempo. I feel like I'm going the right speed for this, its hard and tiring, but I don't need to slow down or stop.

Pretty low, I guess it's a six because I have an essay due on Wednesday and just wanted to work on it. But after completing the work out I felt pretty good. A good break from homework is always good. Icing, nothing is wrong but just a precaution to make sure everything stays alright.

Nice long run today. Little lazy getting up this morning though. Started in on some homework though. Once I couldn't keep my focus on my homework I decided it was a good time to do my workout. Long runs are so nice, everything felt great. The longer runs always make me feel like I can just keep going on forever.

Might be closer to an 8, but I was really glad to get out and away from my school projects aha. I felt pretty dead and tired to begin the workout, but ten minutes into the run I was just fine. Drills and stretching after went just as well. Did some icing throughout working on my projects for the remainder of the evening.
