Pretty basic, average workout. Nothing bad, not feeling the most motivated but still felt like a pretty good workout.

Longer run today, went fairly well, the strides weren't the best- can make improvements for sure. I don't know what's up, I'm just feeling mentally and physically drained after the workouts now. Haven't been feeling myself lately, but still pushing through the workouts, even in discomfort, still feels (I know) a lot better than skipping them and saying "I'll work twice as hard tomorrow".

Went to physio today for my knee, fixed some things up, stretched it out, said it could possibly be from immediately after my race (wearing spikes/running shoes) to wearing high heels (for a wedding). That could have contributed to the discomfort, still unsure of the initial cause. Going in next week again for another look after this weekends run. Not a long run today, short and quick. Never been the best at speed over short distances, but I think it went fairly well, considering.

Felt better than the race yesterday, but still not good. My right knee is really bugging me, but it hurts more when I'm walking or sitting after the run as appose to during the run. I haven't felt great since Thursday, it's really bumming me out.
