Longer run today, went fairly well, the strides weren't the best- can make improvements for sure. I don't know what's up, I'm just feeling mentally and physically drained after the workouts now. Haven't been feeling myself lately, but still pushing through the workouts, even in discomfort, still feels (I know) a lot better than skipping them and saying "I'll work twice as hard tomorrow".
