Wasn't ready for 20 continuous mins at tempo, considering 4 mins was the longest "hard" effort I've done for a few months. Didn't wanna crank it up 5x the intensity just yet, but felt better than last workout's 4 x 4. I did 4 x 5 mins a bit faster but not too much. 1 min jog in between, and best of all, no heart issues.
