Running 1:00:00 [3] 14.0 km (4:17 / km)

Pre activation
60 min run with the guys

Felt good, but still not even close to getting used to starting runs at such a high intensity, Thankfully I had Jordan with me to work up to the guys, but on an off day run before 7am, one wonders if the pack should be strung out single file in the first place - this isn't the Monaco Diamond League circuit

Running (Workout) 1:05 [3] 16.0 km (4 / km)

Warmup (15min)
10 min tempo
2 min jog
7 x 1min hard with 1 min easier run inbetween
2 min jog
5 min tempo
15 min cooldown

ETT: 6

The wind was brutal today in the cemetery. I felt a bit better than I did last workout, but wearing only 1 outfit for the warmup and cooldown was problematic. By the time I was done warming up I'd started to sweat, and going fast against the wind with damp clothing just makes you 10 times as cold.

Running long (Long Run) 1:35:00 [3] 21.0 km (4:31 / km)

Long run @ Centennial

8 hrs sleep

DTT - 8/10

Felt really good on the run, first time out on the trails here. Probably in the top 3 longest runs I've ever been on, and it felt great

The distance is just a guess for now, hopefully Dylan knows how far it actually was
