2 km (?) walk/jog with Sandra around some of the classic model terrain. Very steep but very open (runnable, except uphill).

Middle distance training...very technical, but nicer than the previous day. Could actually run in a few stops. Very clean on almost all controls...stuffed up the last one, and a little hestitant on a few places.

Really tricky area, training for the short..quite a few times of standing around, but got better near the end...area is like Pawtuck, but with less runnability, more rocks and knolls, etc., and therefore, more detail.
