Warm up on training area before start of Middle

Middle qualification A...bobbled the second and third controls, otherwise simply could not keep up the same speed as all the other people...
Did over the ankle after the road crossing, which slowed me down a little in the last part.

Middle distance model map. Going really well except for second to last control. Short technical leg downhill, and tired so lost concentration.

Short run on the trail near the lake at noon to get used to the heat. Really hot!!

Long distance qualifier....a hill slog and trails.
Too much hesitation.
