Mt Penn; very rocky and thus slow going...and thick in many areas as well. Made one mistake on #11 (was to the right of control...didn't drop down far enough. Should have been moving a bit better, but felt very tired today.

Really interesting; the exercise bike had a small screen and joystick attached to it, and was basically a bunch of different "computer games/mind puzzles" to play. Forced concentration while exertion...good for orienteering perhaps.
