orienteering 1:06:19 [5] 6.6 km (10:03 / km) +180m 8:51 / km

Moving a bit better today, though still hesitating too much. Small mistake on #3, BIG mistake on #5~ which was really dumb because I had a plan and just didn't follow it, smaller mistake on #8 in part because stopped to tell Peter Goodwin about Sergy being injured, and then of course lost focus. Need to work on running downhill through junk.

Going okay until halfway to 7. Had a really nasty fall and broke the compass. Didn't notice until number 7, when I went to take a bearing for 8. Screwed up 8 kind of bad. 9 was okay because of nice linear features the whole route, but the rest were a bit tricky...definitely slower. Not feeling really strong, and still hesitant.
