Was supposed to go orienteering but couldn't get a ride...just as well as tried running on the ankle and it was none to happy about it. So non-impact cardio was the order of the day. It snowed today! Now just need my skis to get here!

At Växjö Univ. The PWT race from 2003, minus controls 14-15, as I did not have them on the print out I had. Messed up leaving from #8, and then was too high on #18, otherwise fine. Not full speed because of ankle, and rain. FUN!

Växjö: PhD course. Ankle still sore, so no running today, but have got a copy of the park WT map from 2003, so will do the course tomorrow if have the time before my train.
