Frisbee Golf Orienteering - little map to get you from tee to tee in the woods. Interesting bana's because of all the trees and the terrain. One birdie!

Club training - Micka's backa bana - interval style with map. 3 mins on, 1 min vila, through the woods up and down the hills. 11 plus one extra hill with Maria, Annica and Åsa. I was happy to be hanging on - they were great to cheer me on :-) Even through the nettles .... my legs are still tingly!
