Run in Delsjon after the major dump of snow yesterday and last night. Sidewalks were not even cleared on the way down, so a little 'trail' breaking when cars were around :-) or avoiding the people shovelling out their cars. But the main work was on the smaller trails - breaking trail. Hit a ditch at one point and leg went all the way in. On the bigger trials, there were some tracks, but it was still heavy running. Cold too - and feeling the cold the last 20 mins was not so enjoyable. I thought I had gotten pretty good a determining necessary layers, but the relative warmth of last week threw me off. Tired today, but really beautiful outside.

Only a few people at TNT tonight, but it was 'Fat Tuesday' which meant everyone got Semla after training - well, if you stuck around for them. But it is also pancake day...
Tempo-ish pace around Stora Delsjon, with the hills in the end...fresh snow made the running a little heavier, particularly the field crossing at the end :-)
