Upper body and back. Still no running, etc. as knee is still sore, and ankle still swollen. As I have lots of writing to do and no major comps, I am giving them time to heal. Will try biking soon to see how that feels.

Note

So I had a little bit of a fall the first day of hiking - on Bessengen.
They say you cannot have a fatal fall there, but none the less it was a little scary and to catch myself, I twisted my ankle and banged my knee rather hard. To scared to realize immediately how much I banged the knee, but it is still sore now - hiking the remaining 90+ kms on it maybe did not help, but that was the situation so there it is. Upside is the beautiful scenery that Jase and I travelled through, but we can also see why there was no bugger around. As Moens would say - 'here there are some stones...'
