Morning run around Trondheim, or rather from the town center up to Geitfjellet and back, after getting off the Hurtigruten and walking into town to try and find somewhere to get Sprint Maps (but none available :-(

Evening run to test out the knee in Bergen up to Floiyen to see the sunset and back. Absolutely beautiful - this is the Bergen I remember. Didn't mean for it to be almost and hour, but forgot how much is was to the top! But once you start, you have to go to the top!! Hopefully will be having some fun runs up and down the coast. Knee felt fine on the way up (compared to the lungs which have not run in a while), but was a little less so on the way down. Icing afterwards!
