Evening training after another long day.

The morning weight - following on yesterday's long day of lecturing (which also = coffee drinking), and no working out was surprisingly low, especially considering I did not work out, but then I started wondering how much my weight fluctuates due to level of hydration. I certainly was drinking more coffee and less water on Wed. than on days when I work out, and the weigh-in this morning (Friday morning) was back up to 62.7 kg. Same time of day - the morning routine, but a substantial change, and Wed. morning weight was similar to this (62.9).

Mix of yoga and pilates - mainly core work. Taking a lighter day because of long day at work and little sleep, and because easing into club training again (tomorrow).
