Training in Delsjon - 13 controls in total, we alternated map memory, sharing one map, so that the person with the map was also memorizing the next leg which they would do by memory, while followed by the other. Fun!! Beautiful day.
Running to and from the sprint orienteering location.

The sprint from the Gothenburg Open run several weeks ago - I ran one heat and Ali the other (in the dark, but with headlights). A little slippery in places due to the snow, but not too bad. A few bobbles, but pretty okay.
Don't know the exact time, because my watch stopwatch setting is acting strange, but this is accurate enough. Dusk to night training with non-reflective streamers, so that was a little challenging but for the msot part, the orienteering went okay. Twigged my foot at one point, which did not stop running but became quite painful at night.
Warm-up and cool down.
Interval ladder: 5 mins - 1 min rest - 5 mins - 1 min rest - 4 min - 1 min rest - 4 min - 1 min rest - 2 min - 1 min rest - 2 min
Stomach crapping on the 2nd 5 min, but managed approximately same pace. The 4min seemed a bit slower than the 5, but luckly Josse was there to push me. 2 min were on my own.
