Evening run in Delsjon with Jason (after an afternoon of garden work out at GK). During the run we saw: 1 moose, 1 fox, 3 rabbits, 3 deer, many humans in the process of walking, running, biking, grilling, sitting on benches and talking and even taking pictures of others on motorbikes...

Stretching afterwards to try to help out my back.

Morning yoga again before the big graduation day (today is the 'promotion' ceremony for doctoral students that have completed their studies this past year). Particularly important today as I will be sitting in chairs from 14:30 onward....

Adjusted the seat and handles in attempt to sit better on the bike, in case this is part of the source of my back pain.

Morning yoga - my god my flexibility has diminished, and definitely having some lower back problems. Better of course by the end, which is the point. Yoga must become a routine.

Note

Been having some pain in my back since coming back from Himalayas, and in fact even before leaving. I am sure the lack of proper training (i.e. including weight and strength training) mixed with racing and a more stressful work period are contributing factors. Will be making some efforts to make changes to help.
