Afternoon run with Jason in Delsjon - on and off trail in the section by the golf course. The warmer temps made the ground quite soft and the bare rock a bit slippery. It was almost easier running up than down (and faster). Ran with the knee brace today to give a little support. Feeling the squats from yesterday's workout in the legs. Lunch not sitting well either so today was a bit of a struggle.
