DVOA local meet at Warwick - Red course. No zip in the legs at all, and had to be very careful about the ankles.
Lots of controls!! Two bobbles in all (#20 and #24 - getting tired maybe), and a few hesitations as well, but this was mostly to dust off the cobwebs. Fun to be in old stomping grounds, and certainly different underfoot from what I am now used to in Sweden.

This was funny to see on the Garmin. Actual distance covered was 7.93 and 359m.

At the Tatnall gym while dad was at track practice - legs (hams, quads, ad and abductors, bounding, squats); arms (full mix) and core (medicine ball and pilates ball work).

A bit of discus throwing afterwards (my right side is going to be sore from using those strange muscles!)
