Some triangles on Bruntsfield links. Uphill side hard followed by harder downhill side then jog recovery on the third. 3Xsmall, 2Xmedium, 1Xbig, 1Xbigger, 1Xbig. Was meant to work the rest of the way back down with some more medium and small triangles but left it there. Hamstrings feeling worse now and nothing in the legs after a while. Easy before the skyline now.
