Legs a bit heavy on the hill sprints so knew this was going to be one to just grind out and wasn't expecting to be that fast. Longer reps got slower each time and the weather got worse as well. Struggling by the end. Not feeling great today. Last hill sprints were dire but glad to get through the session anyway
