20 minutes on my own round then back over the crags then 10 minutes with carnethy to Dunsapie loch

Carnethy hill reps. 4,3,2,1 then 10X30s all with jog down recoveries. Legs a bit heavy and tired on the longer ones. Maybe went a bit hard on the first. Took it easy on the first few 30s reps and tucked in behind people but then pushed on a bit for the rest
