The plan at the moment is still very much for some flatter stuff but with exams looming the nearby Carnethy session was much more convenient than anything else.
3X2mins, 4X90s, 5X60s. All feeling very good. Especially considering I've not done hill reps since long before the skyline. Fastest human there but being left for dead by Moss on all the reps
