Not as much stretching yesterday and feeling it again in the calfs. Will be a bit more on it for a few more days. Aim is to get back on the consistency next week. Need to try and figure out what I actually want to do first to get a bit of motivation. I think I might try harder to actually be a hill runner since I've had my fill of road stuff.
