Nice run. Enjoying it and feeling quite good. Will do a session tomorrow or wednesday I think but probably hill reps. I do quite like road sessions and feel like they're pretty useful so I probably will keep doing them but need a little longer before I can face it again. Plus left calf still a little iffy at points.
