Chilling tonight instead. Given I've felt tired the last two days and my knee hurt last night better to be sensible. Shouldn't be training as hard as I was at this point last year given I'm not had the build up I'd had to this point last year. Quit my job the other day and last day is Sunday so loads of time for more training coming up soon anyway
