Easy over the kips with Kamilla, Alysha and Sean. Put in a bit of a push up West kip. Died on the trail back. Very hungry and no energy.

hmm rest week didn't quite go to planned. Aonach Eagach with David Cope. He's been injured for ages and not back running properly so walk/jogging it. Decent paced walk up the big climb then taking it easy on the scrambly bits and jogging some of the easy stuff. Nice and relaxed. Nice scree run off the ridge then very gentle jog back up the road. No Garmin so a bit of a guess at everything.
