Fairly grim long run. Feeling pretty tired from the get go and didn't improve during the whole thing. Didn't feel any worse during either though. So windy. Made it really tough going. Getting pretty fed up of the constant wind

Out pretty late after a long day of work and eating far too much for dinner again. Forgot to charge my headtorch so stuck to roads. Haven't run this route for ages. Was one of my first routes when I started running. Used to take me 45 mins running as fast as I could.
