Still feeling pretty bad and off uni today. A lot better compared to the last couple of days though. Actually eating again. Had a fairly similar illness to this back in March and this seems to be going on the same sort of time scale as before. Had 9 days off last time before I started doing a bit of running again and I think that was starting back a bit soon. Will see how it goes but unless I suddenly feel great will probably start to think about doing some easy stuff again in a week or so.

Follow up massage today. Felt like it definitely worked some stuff out and feeling much better for the rest of the day. Will try jogging again tomorrow. Feeling pretty unwell today though. In bed all day and not really eating anything. Hasn't been a fantastic start to 2017 so far.

Short jog to test things out. Getting a bit more discomfort as things went on. Uphill felt things but everything else wasn't great

Not the same old injury back again after all. Something similar but a bit of a different issue. Did something weird to my quad and it's stopped working properly and glute is compensating. Full on elbows in the backside sort of massage. Still a bit sore afterwards. Hopefully back at it soon enough
