2X15min tempo on a triangle. One side up, one undulating and one down. Hard on the up and undulating and easier down. Focusing on running well off the top of the climb into the flatter stuff. Not running fantastically but ok for first session in a while. A fair bit behind Eoin today. Stopped for a bit on the 2nd to help someone who twisted their ankle.

Managed to grind out a steep climb up Allermuir without walking. Over Capelaw then home. Legs not very happy about returning to running and a bit sore even after just an easy run yesterday. Getting a lot better towards the end though.
