Pre brekkie run round Sheffield with Kamilla, Sean and Olivier. No clue where anything was so just sort of winged it. Ran through the town and up a hill. Found a monument to some victims of a Cholera epidemic then ran until we found the ring road (which I now know very well) and followed it back.

Nothing in particular but not a great race. Started fairly steady and didn't really have anymore to give. Never felt like I was really properly working hard but couldn't go any faster. Maybe going a bit soft and lacking that desire to really make it hurt
