2 weeks until the Ben

Repeating a hill session I did 3 weeks out from the race last year. Allermuir climb from the pumphouse to the summit 3 times. 1.05 miles and 250m climb. Quite windy tonight so had resigned myself to not running fast times and just trying to make a decent effort.

Last year: 11:15, 11:28, 11:49
This year: 11:07, 11:04, 11:03

Didn't look at the watch on the first one. Pleasantly surprised with the time. Happier to be able to keep it consistent. Last one hurt a lot and I definitely didn't have another one in me. Wee lie down afterwards
