Knee sore and bothering me today. Hoping a day off lets it settle.

Ankle still sore and now left knee hurts a bit too. Gotten over the cold though. Just generally feeling a bit knackered. Will hopefully get back into the swing of things when uni starts on Monday.

Saw an owl. Circled overhead for a little bit. Exciting stuff

Longer and hillier today. Legs almost back to normal. Right ankle a bit sore. I think I rolled it a bit on Saturday. Felt it a little the last couple of days but worse today
