10 min threshold, 5X2mins, 10min threshold. 2 min recovery after the 10 and 1min after the 2s. Paces pretty good. Bit slower on the way out and getting faster on the way back. 2s were about 5:20ish. The 10 on the way out was about 5:55 and was doing about 5:45 on the way back when it was slightly downhill

The plan at the moment is still very much for some flatter stuff but with exams looming the nearby Carnethy session was much more convenient than anything else.
3X2mins, 4X90s, 5X60s. All feeling very good. Especially considering I've not done hill reps since long before the skyline. Fastest human there but being left for dead by Moss on all the reps
